Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTH-700 series is a preclinical-stage cell therapy platform developed by Cartherics for the treatment of endometriosis. The platform utilizes induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived macrophages (iMacs) that are engineered with chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) and incorporate specific gene knockouts to enhance their therapeutic function. This approach is designed to overcome the immunosuppressive environment of endometriotic lesions and facilitate their clearance. By leveraging an iPSC-derived off-the-shelf model, the CTH-700 series aims to provide a scalable, standardized treatment for patients with endometriosis.
