Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTM012 is a bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and CD3, developed by Lepu-Chuangyi (a subsidiary of Lepu Biotech). It is designed to recruit and activate T-cells to selectively eliminate DLL3-expressing tumor cells. DLL3 is an inhibitory Notch ligand that is highly upregulated on the surface of neuroendocrine tumors, such as small cell lung cancer (SCLC), large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC), and neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC), while remaining largely absent in healthy tissues. CTM012 is currently undergoing Phase I/II clinical evaluation for the treatment of advanced DLL3-positive solid tumors.
