Overview

CTN-005 is an Fc-engineered monoclonal antibody developed by Centenaire Biosciences. It is designed to target both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), functioning as a dual antagonist and inhibitor of these pathways. The drug’s mechanism includes EGFR antagonism and c-Met inhibition, with additional immunotherapeutic effects such as antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity and immunostimulation. Its primary indication is for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with potential applications in other neoplasms and respiratory diseases. As of the latest updates, CTN-005 remains in preclinical development[1][2].
