CTN-013 is a monoclonal antibody drug candidate that acts as an inhibitor of MUC16 (Mucin-16), a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed in certain cancers. It was initially developed by Centenaire Biosciences and is being investigated primarily for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
