Overview

CTN010 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by Centenaire Biosciences for the treatment of severe atopic dermatitis. It targets the OX40 receptor (also known as CD134 or tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4), which is a co-stimulatory molecule primarily expressed on activated T cells. By inhibiting OX40 signaling, CTN010 aims to modulate the chronic inflammatory immune response that drives atopic dermatitis. The drug is engineered using Centenaire's proprietary Twin Fc-ICE platform, which features a restructured monoclonal antibody design intended to enhance immune cell engagement and therapeutic efficacy.
