Overview

CTN010 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by Centenaire Biosciences for the treatment of severe atopic dermatitis. It targets the OX40 receptor (also known as CD134 or tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4), which is a co-stimulatory molecule primarily expressed on activated T cells.
