Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CTPH-03** is a preclinical, TROP2-targeting dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate developed by Celltrion Pharm for cancer. It uses an anti-TROP2 antibody to selectively deliver an MMAE-based dual cytotoxic-payload combination to TROP2-expressing tumor cells. Celltrion Pharm reported synergistic antitumor activity, activity across cancer models with differing TROP2 expression, pharmacokinetic stability in rats and monkeys, and preliminary toxicity findings suggesting an increased maximum tolerated dose relative to comparator single-payload TROP2 ADCs. As of the AACR 2026 disclosure, the program was preparing patient-derived xenograft studies and IND-enabling toxicology studies.
