Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTPH-08 is a novel dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting folate receptor-alpha (FRα), developed by Celltrion Pharm. It utilizes a next-generation ADC technology (AD2C) that integrates two distinct payloads with complementary mechanisms of action onto a single antibody. This design is intended to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and broaden the therapeutic window, particularly for ovarian cancer patients with low FRα expression (low IHC+), while minimizing overlapping toxicities. Preclinical data presented at AACR 2026 demonstrated synergistic cytotoxicity, in vivo anti-tumor activity in cell-derived xenograft (CDX) models, and a favorable safety and pharmacokinetic profile. The program is currently progressing through GLP toxicology studies in preparation for a Phase 1 Investigational New Drug (IND) filing.
