CTS2190 is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor targeting protein arginine N-methyltransferase 1 (PRMT1), developed by Cytosinlab Pharmaceutical Technology. PRMT1 is an enzyme involved in the methylation of arginine residues on histones and other proteins, playing a key role in gene expression regulation and cancer cell proliferation.
