CTT 1700

CTT 1700 is an investigational, prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted small-molecule drug conjugate (SMDC) and prodrug designed to deliver chemotherapy selectively to PSMA-expressing tumor cells in prostate cancer while limiting exposure of normal tissues.[1][2][10][13] It incorporates a phosphoramidate-based PSMA-targeting ligand and an albumin-binding component to enhance tumor targeting, circulation time, and controlled release of the cytotoxic payload, aiming to improve efficacy and reduce systemic chemotherapy-associated toxicities in men with advanced prostate cancer.[1][4][10][13] The program is being developed by Cancer Targeted Technology under SBIR grant support, with preclinical work demonstrating PSMA binding in the nanomolar range and antitumor activity in PSMA-positive xenograft models.[1][2][4][10][13]
