Overview

CTx-1302 is a proprietary, extended-release oral tablet formulation of dextroamphetamine developed by Cingulate. It utilizes a breakthrough multi-core (triphasic) timed-release technology (OralogiK) designed to deliver rapid onset and sustained therapeutic levels throughout the entire active day for the treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The formulation aims to minimize afternoon "crash" and reduce the need for booster doses by providing immediate, delayed, and sustained drug release in one tablet. It is intended for use in children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD[1][4][9]. Dextroamphetamine acts as a central nervous system stimulant primarily through adrenergic receptor agonism.
