Overview

CTX-4419 is a discontinued **biologic NK cell engager** developed by Compass Therapeutics for oncology, particularly **multiple myeloma**. It was designed as a **dual-function BCMA-targeting and NCR3-agonist molecule** intended to bind **B-cell maturation antigen** on malignant plasma cells while activating **natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3** on NK cells to promote NK-cell-mediated tumor killing. The program was positioned to address limitations associated with **CD16A polymorphism** that can affect some NK-cell-directed approaches, but its highest reported global R&D status is discontinued.
