Overview

CTX-8573 is a first-in-class, common light chain-based bispecific antibody targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and NKp30. It is designed to selectively activate natural killer cells to destroy BCMA-expressing tumor cells in hematological malignancies such as multiple myeloma. Developed by Compass Therapeutics, it is a potent stimulant of innate immunity through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and NK cell activation.
