Overview

CTX4000 is a gene therapy program under development by Celosia Therapeutics for the treatment of epilepsy syndromes, specifically Dravet Syndrome. The therapy targets Mitogen-activated protein kinase 12 (MAPK12), also known as P38gamma kinase. As a genetic medicine, CTX4000 aims to deliver disease-modifying gene sequences to modulate neuronal pathways involved in severe, drug-resistant childhood epilepsies. The program is currently in the discovery stage of development.
