Overview

CU-20101 is a Botulinum Toxin Type A for injection, developed by Cutia Therapeutics (Wuxi) Co.,Ltd and CKD Bio. It functions by preventing the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction through the cleavage of SNARE proteins, specifically Synaptosomal-associated protein 25 (SNAP-25), leading to temporary muscle paralysis. It is currently in Phase 3 clinical trials for the treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines.
