Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CU71 is a small molecule drug candidate developed by Curacle. It has been investigated primarily for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease, where preclinical results presented by Curacle showed improved memory and cognitive function in comparison to donepezil, a standard dementia therapy. Although previously in development for Alzheimer's disease and possibly other indications, recent information indicates that its highest R&D status is "discontinued" and it is no longer in active clinical development.
