Overview

CUCART19 is an anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. It targets CD19, a protein expressed on B cells, enabling modified T cells to recognize and destroy CD19-expressing cancer cells.
