CUD002 is a personalized, autologous neoantigen-pulsed dendritic cell (DC) vaccine being developed by Sichuan Kangdesai Medical Technology for the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer. The therapy utilizes a patient-specific approach where tumor-specific mutations (neoantigens) are identified via whole-exome and transcriptome sequencing of the patient's tumor tissue. Synthetic long peptides corresponding to these identified neoantigens are then used to pulse or load the patient's own harvested monocyte-derived dendritic cells. These mature, activated DCs are subsequently re-administered to the patient, where they function as professional antigen-presenting cells to prime and expand neoantigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. This process is intended to induce a targeted and robust anti-tumor immune response specifically against the unique mutational profile of the patient's malignancy.
