CUE-103 is a recombinant fusion protein drug candidate developed as part of Cue Biopharma’s Immuno-STAT platform. It is designed to selectively modulate the immune system by engaging and activating disease-relevant T cells. The molecule comprises interleukin-2 (IL-2) fused with a peptide-major histocompatibility complex (pMHC) that targets specific antigens, in this case focusing on KRAS G12V mutation-positive cancers. The mechanism aims to mimic antigen-presenting cell activity, directly stimulating T lymphocytes against tumor cells while minimizing off-target effects and toxicity associated with traditional IL-2 therapies. As of early 2025, development for cancer indications has not progressed beyond preclinical stages[1][3][9].
