CUE-201

CUE-201 is a preclinical-stage recombinant fusion protein developed by Cue Biopharma for the treatment of infectious diseases. Engineered using the company's proprietary Immuno-STAT (Selective Target Antigen Receptor) platform, CUE-201 is designed to selectively modulate the activity of antigen-specific T cells by mimicking the natural immunological synapse. The molecule functions by presenting a specific disease-relevant antigen in the context of MHC Class I, while simultaneously providing key costimulatory signals through the incorporation of CD80 (B7-1) and 4-1BBL (CD137L). This dual-signaling approach is intended to drive a potent, targeted immune response against pathogens while minimizing the systemic toxicities often associated with non-specific immune activation.
