Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CUE-400 is an investigational engineered biologic being developed by Cue BioPharma for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Developed using the company's proprietary platform technology (such as the Immuno-STAT platform), CUE-400 is designed to selectively target and modulate FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs). The mechanism aims to restore immune homeostasis and promote immune tolerance by specifically engaging Treg populations, thereby suppressing pathological immune responses without the broad immunosuppression associated with conventional therapies. As of early 2026, the candidate remains in the early development pipeline at Cue BioPharma.
