Yingmule (culevibart; RB0026) is a long-acting recombinant human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody developed by Reyoung Biopharmaceutical for the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-related lower respiratory tract infections in newborns and infants. It targets epitope II of the RSV fusion (F) protein, blocking viral entry into host cells. The antibody features Fc segment engineering to extend its serum half-life, enabling season-long protection with a single intramuscular injection. Simcere Pharmaceutical Group holds exclusive commercialization rights in Greater China. Yingmule was approved by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) on September 3, 2026.
