Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CuminUP30 is a proprietary formulation of curcumin, the principal bioactive compound in turmeric (Curcuma longa). It is produced using patented CGSF (Co-Grinding Solvent-Free) technology to enhance the water dispersibility and bioavailability of curcumin. The product contains more than 30% curcumin with a natural extraction content of 95%, combined with food-grade excipients through microprocessing. CuminUP30 is marketed as a nutraceutical supplement intended to support immune health, joint function, energy levels, liver and brain health, and healthy inflammatory responses. Its mechanism of action derives from curcumin’s pleiotropic effects—antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory properties via modulation of multiple cellular signaling pathways (including inhibition of NF-κB), and potential inhibition of enzymes such as cytochrome P450 3A4 and inducible nitric oxide synthase[2][3][5][8]. Clinical studies have focused on its pharmacokinetics and improved bioavailability compared to standard curcumin formulations.
