Overview

Cumon is an over-the-counter (OTC) herbal syrup developed by Niak Pharmaceutical Company. It is formulated with a blend of traditional aromatic and carminative herbs, including Zataria multiflora (Shirazi thyme), Carum carvi (black caraway), Foeniculum vulgare (fennel), Pimpinella anisum (aniseed), Mentha longifolia (horsemint), Mentha spicata (spearmint), Boswellia serrata (frankincense), and Trachyspermum ammi (ajwain), sweetened with natural honey. Cumon is primarily indicated for the relief of gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, flatulence, nausea, indigestion, and abdominal spasms. The active herbal constituents exert synergistic antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and carminative effects, helping to regulate gastrointestinal motility and alleviate abdominal discomfort.
