Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CuraCN** is an investigational oral fixed-dose combination developed by CuraSen for neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative conditions. It combines **clenbuterol** (CST-103), a brain-penetrant selective β2-adrenergic receptor agonist intended to restore deficient central noradrenergic signaling and increase cerebral activity and perfusion, with **nadolol** (CST-107), a peripherally restricted β-adrenergic receptor antagonist intended to attenuate peripheral cardiovascular and metabolic effects of β2 agonism without materially blocking the central activity of clenbuterol. CuraCN has completed Phase 2 studies in Parkinson's disease and mild cognitive impairment and has been targeted for Phase 2b development in major depressive disorder in adults aged 65 years and older.
