Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CURB906 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD56 (neural cell adhesion molecule 1) that is being developed for the treatment of glioblastoma and other CD56-expressing tumors. It consists of a fully humanized monoclonal antibody directed against CD56 conjugated to a cytotoxic payload, enabling selective delivery of the cytotoxic drug to the tumor site with the aim of killing tumor cells and inhibiting tumor growth and migration.[7][9][11][15][16] The program is being advanced by Curative Biotechnology (also referenced as Curative Biosciences) as a novel targeted therapy in neuro-oncology, with development currently at an early clinical or late preclinical stage for glioblastoma.[15][16]
