**Curcumagalactomannoside** is a proprietary, food-grade curcumin formulation marketed as **CurQfen**. It is a water-dispersible, non-covalent complex of turmeric-derived curcuminoids with a fenugreek galactomannan dietary-fiber matrix, designed to increase systemic exposure to unconjugated free curcuminoids relative to conventional curcumin preparations. It was originated by Akay and is sold as a nutraceutical ingredient for oral dietary-supplement products. Human studies have evaluated it for knee osteoarthritis, occupational stress-related symptoms, safety, bioavailability, and other wellness-related outcomes; a six-week active-controlled knee-osteoarthritis study reported improvements in pain and function. In vitro, CGM induced ROS-associated mitochondrial apoptosis in HeLa cervical-cancer cells, but it is not an approved oncology therapy.
