Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Curea is a monophasic hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler developed for the aesthetic correction of moderate to severe nasolabial folds. As a monophasic filler, it consists of a homogeneous gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which provides structural volume and hydration when injected into the mid-to-deep dermis. In a 24-week, randomized, split-face clinical trial conducted at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Curea demonstrated non-inferiority to Juvéderm in terms of efficacy and safety, maintaining clinical improvement for at least six months with only mild, transient local reactions.
