Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CuroWhite is a proprietary formulation of hydrogenated curcuminoids derived from curcumin. It consists of a blend of tetrahydrocurcuminoids, hexahydrocurcuminoids, and octahydrocurcuminoids that are encapsulated with β-cyclodextrin to enhance water solubility and bioavailability. Unlike traditional yellow curcumin extracts from turmeric (Curcuma longa), CuroWhite is colorless and tasteless but retains the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties associated with standard curcumin. The hydrogenation process increases stability and absorption in the body compared to regular curcumin. CuroWhite is primarily marketed as a dietary supplement for supporting balanced oxidation levels, inflammation response, joint health, and overall cellular function[1][3][8]. Toxicological studies have shown it to be non-mutagenic with no observed adverse effects at high doses in animal models[2].
