Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Curvic** is an oral multi-ingredient nutraceutical formulation developed by Shreepad Shree Vallabh SSV Phytopharmaceuticals for immune support and investigational use in COVID-19. Also designated SSV-003, it combines curcumin, vitamin C, vitamin K2-7, l-selenomethionine, and zinc; published preclinical work reported antiviral activity against influenza A H1N1 and human beta coronavirus models. ([pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov](https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8548056/)) Its proposed antiviral mechanism is inhibition of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease, based on in silico findings rather than validated clinical target engagement. A registered randomized study and published reports evaluated Curvic in COVID-19, including a 120-day study in vaccinated healthy volunteers assessing lymphocyte subsets and anti-spike IgG.
