Overview
The CustomEX-Laverock miRNA program is a research-stage collaboration between ReNeuron Group and Laverock Therapeutics focused on developing in-vivo gene silencing therapies. The approach combines ReNeuron's CustomEX™ platform—which utilizes proprietary stem cell-derived exosome producer cell lines for scalable manufacture and specific tissue targeting—with Laverock's programmable miRNA gene silencing technology. This system is designed to enable the precision delivery of miRNA payloads to target cells, where they mediate the silencing of specific genes. As of early 2026, the program is in the preclinical validation stage, with specific molecular targets and disease indications yet to be disclosed.
