Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cutisanol Pó is a topical dermatological powder developed by the Brazilian pharmaceutical company Millet Roux (MR Pharma). It is a combination product containing bismuth subgallate, zinc oxide, and thymol iodide. The formulation acts as an antiseptic and drying agent, creating a protective barrier on the skin to reduce irritation and promote healing. It is primarily indicated for the prevention and treatment of diaper dermatitis, diaper rash, heat rash (prickly heat), eczema, and various other skin irritations. Marketed since 1941, it is approved for both adult and pediatric use and is typically applied to clean, dry skin multiple times daily.
