Overview

CV-04 is a small molecule modulator of the Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor delta (PPARδ), currently in the hit-to-lead stage of development by Cureverse. PPARδ is a nuclear receptor that plays a pivotal role in regulating fatty acid metabolism, glucose utilization, and inflammatory signaling. CV-04 is being developed for the treatment of metabolic diseases, including diabetes, and various inflammatory conditions. As a PPARδ modulator, it is designed to influence gene expression patterns that improve metabolic health and reduce systemic inflammation. The program is currently in the early preclinical stages of optimization.
