Overview

CVD-1301.V01 (hV01) is an oncolytic virus therapy developed by Hangzhou Converd Co., Ltd. It is a recombinant human IL-21-expressing oncolytic vaccinia virus designed to target IL-21R (Interleukin 21 Receptor) as an agonist. The drug works through an IL-21R agonist mechanism, which may enhance anti-tumor immune responses. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors and has shown clinical activity in patients who have failed standard treatments.
