Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CVL006 + sacituzumab tirumotecan is a combination therapy under early clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors. **CVL006** is a novel bispecific antibody that targets both **programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1)** and **vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)**, functioning through immune checkpoint inhibition and angiogenesis blockade. It is created by fusing an anti-PD-L1 VHH domain with a humanized anti-VEGF IgG1, and retains antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) functionality. **Sacituzumab tirumotecan** (DS-8201a) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), consisting of a monoclonal antibody targeting human trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (Trop-2) linked to the topoisomerase I inhibitor deruxtecan. Together, the combination is being studied for enhanced antitumor efficacy via dual immune checkpoint blockade, anti-angiogenesis, and targeted cytotoxicity in solid tumors[1][2][3][4].
