Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CVL009 is an investigational small molecule drug developed by Convalife (Shanghai) for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 18 mutations. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT06029816). The precise mechanism of action and molecular target have not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025. The drug appears to be designed as a targeted therapy for patients whose tumors harbor specific EGFR mutations, which are known to drive oncogenesis in certain subsets of NSCLC.
