**CWT-F-002** is a preservative-free, unit-dose lubricant ophthalmic solution developed by Calm Water Therapeutics for **dry eye disease**. It contains glycerin 0.7% and polyethylene glycol 400 0.4% as OTC-monograph active ingredients, with mannitol, polylysine-graft-polyethylene glycol, sterile water for injection, and sodium phosphate buffer as inactive ingredients. It is intended to supplement and stabilize the ocular surface tear film, providing lubrication and reducing dry-eye signs and symptoms. A completed randomized, double-masked clinical study compared CWT-F-002 with preservative-free Systane eye drops in adults with dry eye disease.
