CXX168 is an inhaled bivalent nanobody being developed by Chanceon Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of moderate-to-severe asthma. It is formulated as a dry powder for direct delivery to the respiratory tract via inhalation. The therapeutic mechanism involves binding to and neutralizing thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), an epithelial-derived cytokine that acts as a key upstream regulator of type 2 (T2) and non-T2 inflammatory responses in the airways. By inhibiting TSLP signaling, CXX168 aims to reduce airway inflammation and improve clinical outcomes for asthma patients. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling or IND stage of clinical development.
