CY200

CY200 is a clinical-stage neuroplastogenic therapy originally developed by Cy Biopharma and now being advanced by Ensysce Biosciences following an acquisition in August 2026. It is being developed for the treatment of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) Type 1, a chronic pain condition characterized by autonomic and inflammatory changes. As a neuroplastogen, CY200 is designed to promote structural and functional neural plasticity to address the underlying mechanisms of complex pain. The drug has received Orphan Drug Designation from the U.S. FDA and is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials to evaluate its efficacy and safety in patients with CRPS Type 1.
