Overview

**CYAD-221** is an investigational allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy developed by Celyad Oncology, designed as a CD19-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell product. It utilizes shRNA technology to disrupt T-cell receptor expression, enabling off-the-shelf use without gene editing to minimize graft-versus-host disease risk.
