The combination of cyclophosphamide, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone is a multi-agent chemotherapy regimen primarily used in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication and cell division. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug that exerts anti-myeloma effects through direct cytotoxicity, inhibition of angiogenesis, and modulation of the immune system.
