Cyclophosphamide + eribulin is an investigational combination chemotherapy regimen studied primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that crosslinks DNA, leading to cell death, while eribulin is a microtubule dynamics inhibitor that binds to the plus ends of microtubules, preventing their elongation and causing irreversible mitotic arrest.
