Cyclophosphamide + topotecan + bevacizumab is a combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily in the treatment of relapsed or refractory cancers, including Ewing's sarcoma and ovarian cancer. Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication, leading to cell death. Topotecan is a topoisomerase I inhibitor that prevents DNA unwinding and replication in cancer cells.
