Overview
Cymbi Drops is an oral pediatric carminative and antiflatulent formulation developed by Juggat Pharma, a division of Jagdale Industries. It is a fixed-dose combination containing simethicone, dill oil, and fennel oil. Simethicone acts as a physical surfactant that reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, causing them to coalesce into larger bubbles that are more easily expelled. Dill oil and fennel oil are natural carminatives that help soothe the intestinal mucosa, reduce smooth muscle spasms, and improve intestinal motility. Cymbi Drops is primarily indicated for the relief of infant colic, griping pain, flatulence, bloating, and hiccups in infants and young children.
