CYNK-Exo is an exosome-based therapeutic candidate derived from **CYNK-001**, which is **Celularity's** allogeneic, off-the-shelf human placental CD34+ derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy. These exosomes are specifically engineered to deliver short interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting **Transforming Growth Factor-beta (TGF-β)**, a key mediator of immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. CYNK-Exo is being developed primarily for the treatment of **Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM)**, leveraging the natural ability of exosomes to cross the blood-brain barrier. The therapy combines the inherent anti-tumor cytotoxicity of NK cell-derived exosomes with the targeted knockdown of TGF-β to enhance immune responses and potentially synergize with other NK cell therapies like CYNK-001.
