**CYP0150** is an optimized recombinant fusion protein consisting of human interleukin-15 (IL-15) and the high-affinity IL-15 receptor alpha (IL-15Rα) sushi domain, designed by Cytune Pharma to mimic natural IL-15 transpresentation and bypass immunosuppression in cancer and infectious diseases. It demonstrates superior potency and safety compared to IL-2 and native IL-15 by potently expanding and activating natural killer (NK) cells and CD8+ T cells, enhancing innate and adaptive immunity in preclinical human immune system mouse models and non-human primates. Developed as a lead immunomodulatory agent with an attractive efficacy/safety profile in various tumor models including metastatic melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, colon cancer, and lymphoma, it supports promising combination therapies and has secured key patents including EU patent EP06842352.4 covering its composition and clinical applications.[1][6]
