Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CYPS317 is an investigational, intravenously administered fibroblast cell-based therapy being developed by FibroBiologics for the treatment of psoriasis. The therapy leverages fibroblast technology to modulate immune responses and reduce inflammation associated with psoriatic lesions. Preclinical studies in a mouse model of psoriasis demonstrated that a single treatment with CYPS317 significantly reduced the severity of skin lesions, ameliorated changes in spleen size and blood cell counts, and decreased epidermal thickening and immune cell infiltration without observed adverse events in major organ systems. As of early 2025, CYPS317 remains in preclinical development with plans to complete IND-enabling studies before the end of 2025[2][3][5].
