CYSTOP-OD is an oral combination nutraceutical formulation developed and marketed by MMC Healthcare (MMC Pharmaceuticals Ltd) for the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The product contains a synergistic 40:1 ratio of myo-inositol (4.0g) and D-chiro-inositol (100mg), which act as second messengers in the insulin signaling pathway to improve insulin sensitivity and restore ovulatory function. Additionally, the formulation includes melatonin (3.0mg) to enhance oocyte quality and protect against oxidative stress, L-methylfolate calcium (200mcg) to support healthy folate levels, and Vitamin D3 (400 IU) to address common metabolic and reproductive deficiencies associated with PCOS. It is typically administered as sugar-free granules in 7g sachets and is marketed in India.
