Overview

CYT-102 is a novel cell therapy product developed by CYTEA BIO, consisting of monoclonal antibody-armed donor natural killer (NK) cells. The product is constructed using the proprietary Pin™ arming technology, which enables the combination of Fc-engineered targeting ligands with genetically unmodified effector NK cells. CYT-102 is designed primarily for post-surgery treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most common and aggressive form of brain cancer. The therapy aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by directing NK cells to tumor targets via monoclonal antibodies, leveraging both innate and adaptive immune mechanisms. Preclinical development has been completed, and regulatory consultations with FDA and EMA have confirmed no significant impediments to advancing into clinical studies[6].
