Overview
CYT-338 is a CD38/NKp46 bispecific antibody developed for human therapeutic use, primarily targeting multiple myeloma. It is designed to engage natural killer (NK) cells via the NKp46 receptor and direct them to CD38-expressing cancer cells, aiming to induce NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. This approach seeks to provide a safer alternative to CAR-T therapies for currently incurable cancers like multiple myeloma. The drug is being developed by NAYA Biosciences under an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Inserm Transfert.
