Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CYT-538 is a drug candidate being developed by Cytovia Therapeutics in collaboration with Inserm. It is an NK cell-based therapy designed to target CD38 for the treatment of multiple myeloma, an incurable cancer. The development leverages Inserm's patented CD38 antibody and Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) technology, which Cytovia combines with its proprietary induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) CAR NK and NK engager bispecific antibody platforms. This approach aims to provide a safer alternative to CAR-T therapies by utilizing the selectivity of the CD38 antibody and the potential of NK cells.
